If an order is made in error, a duplicate, or the wrong format is selected, please complete the Returns Form below.
We will cancel your order with Ordnance Survey – the map / data will then be unlicensed, and we will provide a refund / credit note as required.
Please note order cancellation / refund requests can only be accepted if we are notified of the Return either the same month you place your order or within 5 working days of the following month –
